Seasonal Full-Time Position | Dorm Style Housing Available | Work in the Heart of the Rockies

Nestled near Lake Granby and just outside Rocky Mountain National Park, Arapaho Valley Ranch is a family-owned mountain getaway offering cabins, glamping, RV sites, and lodge accommodations. We're looking for a friendly, professional FT Seasonal Guest Services/Front Desk team member to be the welcoming face at our resort this season!

Primary responsibilities:

• Checking guests in and out
• Reservation management
• Phone/E-mail communication
• Providing local recommendations and property information
• Retail sales and light housekeeping coordination
• Assisting guests with questions and other various requests

Requirements

• Must pass background check
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• General knowledge and comfortability working with computers
