This role is crucial to maintaining the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction, as the Warehouse & Parts Manager will work closely with various departments to coordinate logistics, manage stock levels, and streamline operations. As the Warehouse & Parts Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining our supply chain, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing warehouse organization to support our operational goals. I

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing parts.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and generate regular reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

•  Must be familiar with HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Materials
• Proven experience in warehouse management or related field, preferably in a parts distribution environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to drive decision-making processes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
