RN- Med Surg en Pro Med Healthcare Services

Description

• Start Date: Immediate
• Shift: 7:00am - 7:30pm
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Patient Population: Med/Surg patients with a variety of conditions
• Estimated Pay Package: $1950 (including Stipend)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical and medical patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 year of Med/Surg/Hospital experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
