Role Summary

The Customer Administrator role will play a critical role in supporting our customer organization and advancing a best-in-class customer experience across our avocado business. This role partners closely with Customer, Supply chain, Operations, Logistics, Ripening, Finance, and emerging E-commerce initiatives to ensure seamless execution from order to delivery. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to the customer team
  • Process, verify and enter orders into the system and ensure accuracy
  •  Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or concerns
  •  Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with shipping, supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Support sales representatives in managing client accounts and communication concerning adjustments and changes to orders
  • Maintaining Westfalia customer service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a produce sales support or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using CRM software preferably Produce Pro and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure

Desirable

  • Previous experience in the Fresh Produce industry would be advantageous
