Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants to maintain project progress.
• Monitor construction schedules, budgets, and milestones, providing timely updates and documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate work quality, safety practices, and adherence to project plans.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, permitting requirements, and company standards.
• Identify project risks or delays and implement solutions to maintain project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction projects within real estate development or general contracting.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools commonly used for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical documents, and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
