Adler Development is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of commercial, residential, and mixed‑use development projects from pre‑construction through final delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating contractors, monitoring construction progress, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants to maintain project progress.
- Monitor construction schedules, budgets, and milestones, providing timely updates and documentation.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate work quality, safety practices, and adherence to project plans.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, permitting requirements, and company standards.
- Identify project risks or delays and implement solutions to maintain project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing construction projects within real estate development or general contracting.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools commonly used for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical documents, and specifications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
