About the role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Program Manager to support and drive the execution of cross-regional initiatives.
The ideal candidate has solid experience managing projects of moderate to high complexity, works effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicates clearly with stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish is desirable but not mandatory.
What you'll do:
- Program Execution: Support and manage the execution of projects from planning through delivery and post-launch activities, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates, track dependencies and risks, and escalate issues when needed to ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and other teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and requirements.
- Planning and Tracking: Contribute to project planning activities, including timelines, resource needs, and basic budget tracking, ensuring plans remain up to date.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and support their resolution under guidance when necessary.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using defined metrics and dashboards, helping identify trends, delays, or improvement opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to project and program management practices.
- Support and Customer Focus: Collaborate with support and operational teams to help ensure customer-impacting issues are addressed and communicated effectively.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience managing projects or programs in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Basic understanding of customer support or operational processes.
- Experience using project management tools and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze project data, track metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with good problem-solving skills and a desire to grow and continuously improve.
