Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, daily living skills, and therapeutic activities.
• Support clients in achieving their personalized care plans and goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in social services or healthcare is preferred.
• Experience in direct support or related experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
