Our Tax & Accounting Advisory professionals work directly with clients to improve financial clarity, solve operational challenges, and support growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP
• Work with internal teams to integrate tax considerations into broader accounting and advisory engagements
• Research tax laws and provide insights to support client needs
• Engage directly with clients and team members to gather financial data, resolve questions, and strengthen processes
• Gain exposure to a variety of industries and client challenges while building a strong foundation in tax and accounting advisory services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or client facing roles
• Familiarity with QuickBooks (a plus) and CCH (a plus)
• CPA track a plus
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP
• Self-starter mentality; ability to manage daily activity
• Strategic mindset with great attention to detail
• Confidence working with clients and team members alike
• A drive to grow, lead, and make an impact
