About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny to join a warm, welcoming family. You will be the primary caregiver for three children, supporting their daily routines and contributing to a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for three children, including an infant and two preschoolers
• Manage morning and evening routines
• Handle school drop-off/pick-up for the 3- and 5-year-olds (full-day school)
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities to support development
• Maintain child-related spaces and assist with light household tasks related to childcare
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times
• Occasionally assist with evenings or extra hours if required

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluent in Italian, with a polite and respectful communication style
• EU passport or valid Swiss work permit
• Experienced with infants (0 years) and young children (3–5 years)
• Open-minded, non-judgmental, and positive approach to childcare
• Reliable, punctual, organized, proactive, discreet, and safety-focused
• Checkable references
• Pediatric first aid / CPR training is a plus
• Flexible and willing to occasionally help with evenings or extra hours
