Description
We are a fast-growing company looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring efforts on a project basis. You will partner closely with our Recruiting team and Hiring Managers to drive end-to-end recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization and across regions.
- Manage the recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from intake meetings, sourcing, and screening to coordination with hiring managers.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels.
- Map the talent market to identify high-potential candidates, niche skill sets, and new sourcing channels.
- Conduct structured screening interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements and company culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers, providing market insights and recommendations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate updates in our ATS and provide weekly progress reports.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (in-house, agency, or freelance).
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring for tech and commerical roles, ideally within Healthcare IT.
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches, and deliver results quickly.
- Experience with ATS tools, especially Workable, is a plus.
- Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to ongoing recruiting projects.
