Serigraph is seeking a Part-Time ERP Data Entry & Production Support Associate to assist with accurate ERP data entry and support daily production operations during a system implementation. This temporary role is ideal for a detail-oriented, flexible individual who is comfortable working both at a computer and on the factory floor while contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, validate, and correct data within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data cleanup activities and identify inconsistencies or discrepancies in system records.
- Document basic data-entry procedures and maintain organized records as directed.
- Assist with general production floor tasks to support daily operations.
- Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions while on the production floor.
- Adapt to changing priorities and provide support where operational needs require.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for:
- Basic computer competency and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfort working on a factory floor, including standing, light lifting, and hands-on tasks.
- Understanding of basic safety, housekeeping, and PPE practices.
