We’re looking to add a detail orientated Co-Ordinator / Administrator to our Sales team. You’ll be predominantly responsible for all the administration within the Sales team which could range from processing orders, filling out product set up forms and over-seeing the smooth delivery of those orders into our retail customers.
The purpose of this role is to support the Account Managers in helping to grow our retail business and deliver an outstanding service to our customers. Our partners encompass a broad range of businesses - including grocers, recognisable high street retailers and smaller independent shops.
This role comes with plenty of scope for someone seeking a career in Sales in a young, London-based company. The candidate will need to be meticulous, process driven, highly organised and a clear communicator.
What will you be doing?
No two days will be the same, you can expect to be managing your own schedule based on the team's seasonal needs, completing a combination of the following tasks.
- Order processing and managing inventory
- Completion of all retail documents from product set up forms, compliance documents and any other product info sheets
- Maintaining internal product / order documents
- Cross functional collaboration with the Operations team to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full, communicating any changes to our retail partners
- Sample management
- Sending images and other assets to our customers
- Writing creative briefs for the design elements needed for the sales team
Requirements
- The most important skill for this role is attention to detail. Taking complete ownership of tasks.
- Experience in microsoft excel/google sheets is required, with knowledge of more advanced excel skills advantageous.
- Experience within an importer/manufacturer role with some knowledge of shipping would be advantageous.
- A clear communicator who can easily interact in meetings and over email, both internally and externally.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workflow.
- A flexible approach and the ability to work using your own initiative.
- Fast learner who is quick to learn new systems and processes, as well as streamlining and implementing your own processes where required.
- This is a hybrid role working 3 days from our lovely office in Clerkenrwell, London
