Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Saturday/Sunday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Your Role Includes:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Daily activities

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 5 pm to 7 pm
