Position Summary: Quality Managermust possess excellent attention to detail, will be expected to perform job daily in accordance with Quality procedures and requirements.

- Manage organizations Quality Management System (QMS).
- Direct and set priorities of Inspection Group.
- Review cert packs, sign certs of conformance.
- Write Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and disposition returns (RMA Process).
- Manage document register, Corrective Preventative Action Report (CPAR).
- Work with Purchasing Manager to ensure and manage supplier risk sheet is current (ASL).
- Initiate source requests as required.
- Oversee collection of metric/data.
- Review and approve Fare Article Inspection Review (FAIR).
- Approve outside processing purchase orders.

Requirements
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Strong knowledge of AS9100 Standards.
- Auditing experience.
- Extensive experience with RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) methodology.
- Knowledge of team building skills, experience working with teams to accomplish business objectives for resolutions.
- Understanding of structure of contracts and business terms and conditions.
- Business writing and communication skills.
- Ability to learn ERP system.
- Ability to train, guide and motivate team.
- Blueprint reading
- Familiarity with Inspection methods.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical Ability:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: Intermediate.
Certificates and Licenses: ANAB accredited auditing certificate, Six sigma, and SPC training preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes.
