The Waterpark Greeter serves as the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a positive and welcoming experience. This role is responsible for warmly greeting guests, verifying identification and guest passes, providing information about park amenities, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable arrival for all visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and efficiently check them in at park entrances to ensure a seamless experience.
• Inspect bags and coolers thoroughly to ensure compliance with park policies and identify prohibited items.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns regarding park rules in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
• Use computer systems to accurately verify resident access and process guest passes.
• Report any suspicious or unusual activity to a manager or supervisor immediately.

• Varied hours to include weekends, nights, and holidays as required Monday through Sunday
