The Front of House position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests. This position is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Front of House. The Food Attendant engages directly with guests, processes transactions, takes food and beverage orders, and ensures the service area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role works collaboratively with the Back of House team to ensure timely service and seamless coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting residents and guests and responding promptly to their needs and inquiries.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions efficiently and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Front of House area at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the Back of House team to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery.
• Restock Front of House supplies to support uninterrupted service.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Assist with general Front of House operations as needed to ensure a positive dining experience.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and manage time efficiently.

Physical Abilities

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weights as needed.
