Who You Are

The Growth team is the analytical engine driving our expansion. We treat marketing as a science, relying on rigorous experimentation and data accuracy to build a predictable revenue machine.

We are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Lead to take full ownership of our Amazon channel. You will be responsible for scaling revenue through aggressive advertising and organic ranking strategies, while maintaining strict operational discipline over FBA inventory and account health. This is a hands-on role where you will engineer the flywheel to drive predictable, profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Designing and executing Amazon Advertising (AMS) strategies (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and organic ranking initiatives to align with specific TACoS and growth goals
  • Monitoring performance and continuously optimizing campaigns and listings based on data insights and learnings from multiple A/B tests
  • Executing the creative testing roadmap, participating in the production cycle and translating quantitative data into actionable recommendations for future creative development (Main Images, A+ Content, Video)
  • Coordinating with Operations to forecast demand and manage FBA inventory health, preventing stock-outs and minimizing long-term storage fees through precise planning.
  • Establishing robust tracking for key metrics (Sessions, BSR, Organic vs. Paid split) and diagnosing performance drops using granular business reports
  • Resolving operational friction by troubleshooting suppressed listings, managing variations via flat files, and navigating Seller Support cases to resolution

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative STEM discipline (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar) is strongly preferred, though Marketing degrees with a strong analytical focus are also considered
  • 4+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central for a high-growth DTC brand, with specific expertise in FBA logistics and forecasting
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Amazon Advertising console and ranking tools (Helium10, DataDive, Brand Analytics) with a track record of driving profitable growth
  • Strong knowledge of digital data analytics and an obsession over data accuracy to drive decision-making
  • Structured, systematic thinking with the ability to break complex problems into smaller manageable tasks and the high discipline to tackle them one by one
  • Natural curiosity powered by will and grit to make a tangible business impact
