Key Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision for a portfolio of high-profile casual games, specifically in the arcade, puzzle, and trivia genres.
- Champion Big IPs: Collaborate directly with major intellectual property holders to translate world-famous characters and universes into engaging, casual gameplay experiences that delight fans.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and scale a team of Product Managers and Designers, fostering a culture of data-driven creativity and excellence.
- Roadmap Ownership: Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to live-ops, ensuring a steady cadence of features, events, and content updates that drive retention and monetization.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Deep dive into game economy and player behavior data to identify opportunities for growth, creating strategies that balance player enjoyment with commercial success.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing trends in the arcade, puzzle, and trivia markets, ensuring our titles remain competitive and innovative.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Art, and UA teams to ensure product goals are aligned with technical feasibility and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management within the mobile gaming industry, with significant time spent in a leadership role.
- Deep Genre Expertise: A proven track record of success in casual games, with specific mastery of arcade, puzzle, and trivia mechanics.
- Big IP Experience: Demonstrated experience working with major licensors or iconic entertainment brands is highly desirable.
- LiveOps Mastery: Extensive understanding of LiveOps strategies, economy design, and monetization in free-to-play ecosystems.
- Analytical Mindset: Expert proficiency in analyzing data and KPIs to make informed product decisions.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Passion for Games: A genuine love for the casual market and a pulse on what makes a game fun and addictive.
- Fluent in English.
