e.l.f. Cosmetics is seeking a Summer Intern, Influencer Marketing to support influencer campaigns, PR moments, and brand activations across Integrated Marketing Communications. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience helping execute influencer programs, supporting creator send-outs, and tracking campaign performance, all while staying tapped into the latest beauty trends and cultural moments. This internship offers behind-the-scenes exposure to how influencer marketing drives buzz and brand impact.
Responsibilities:
Support the concepting and execution of influencer campaigns, including PR mailers and creator collaborations
Assist with influencer send-outs, including product selection, organization, and shipment coordination
Monitor beauty and social trends, identifying emerging creators, viral moments, and cultural opportunities
Track influencer campaign performance using tools such as Tribe Dynamics and CreatorIQ, and share insights with the team
Contribute trend insights and relevant cultural moments to support campaign ideation
Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, PR, and Events teams to support integrated brand moments
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related creative field
Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th
Available for in-office work at least three days per week
Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and current beauty and pop culture trends
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for collaboration and learning
Passion for beauty, influencer culture, and brand storytelling
Business Rationale:
This summer, the e.l.f.tern will support influencer marketing initiatives across campaigns, PR moments, and brand activations. The role will focus on campaign execution, influencer gifting, performance tracking, and trend monitoring to help ensure influencer programs are timely, culturally relevant, and well-coordinated during a high-impact summer period.
