Veterinarian – Part-Time (Saturdays Only) 

• Salary: $40,000–$45,000 annually for approximately 8 hours per week, plus a 20% pro-sal incentive with no negative accrual in the first 12 months

Pure Paws Veterinary Care of Clinton Hill is hiring a part-time Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical and urgent care to a variety of animals, including cats and dogs.

What to Expect

• A schedule that respects your time. Our last appointment of the day is at 4:30pm. You won’t be expected to stay late or be on call. You’ll work every Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
• A 3:1 staff to doctor ratio. You will have the support—and respect—you need to be excellent for our patients. Our team consists of 4 DVMs, 2 LVTs, 8 Assistants, and 5 CSRs, led by a highly experienced Practice Manager with a strong lead technician background. The team is exceptionally skilled, cohesive, and efficient—a well-oiled machine that allows doctors to focus fully on medicine and client relationships.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
• Valid veterinary license in the state of New York
• ER/urgent care experience
• Internship training (Small Animal or Emergency) preferred
• 2+ years of post-internship experience preferred
