Description

As an IT LAB Supporter, you ensure the stability, availability, and usability of our lab based IT environments. You support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and setup of systems, devices, and applications used for development, integration, and quality assurance. In short: you keep the playground running so others can break things safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain lab environments (hardware, software, networks)
• Support testing and validation activities for systems and applications
• Install and maintain operating systems, tools, and test environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues in lab infrastructure
• Manage devices such as laptops, servers, mobile devices, IoT equipment, or test hardware
• Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and lab assets
• Monitor lab systems and ensure availability
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and licenses
• Support automation of lab processes where possible
• Ensure compliance with security and internal IT standards

Requirements

Your Profile

• Education or experience in IT, computer science, system administration, or similar
• Solid understanding of Windows, Linux, and basic networking
• Experience with hardware setup and troubleshooting
• Structured and reliable working style
• Comfortable documenting technical setups
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
• Team oriented and service minded attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox)
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
• MES PharmaSuite
