Landscape Enhancement Sales and Design bei Green Teams

Description

Serve Green Teams clients by aiding Senior LE Sales and Design Manager with designing, estimating, pricing, and presenting new and enhanced landscapes, irrigation systems, drainage systems, hardscapes, water features, landscape lighting, and other site improvements. Provide these services for non-clients on a case-by-case basis.

Functions:    

1.       Design/Estimating

·       Inspect and measure the necessary elements of the landscape.

·       Design new landscape, hardscape, site improvements, water and lighting features as needed.

·       Source materials to meet designs, obtain written quotes for materials with submittal information if necessary.

·       Prepare our cost take-off to determine the cost of providing our landscape enhancement services.

·       Prepare written proposals including designs, site photos, presentation images, and pricing options for client.

·       Follow up as needed on pending designs and estimates.

2.     Pre-construction/Construction

·       Coordinate with account manager and LE supervisor to ensure production can execute the project to client satisfaction.

·       Ensure all supporting tracking reports are updated with the LE projects.

·       Follow-up with change orders, quality control review, and project close-out.

·       Meet on site with construction resources to deal with on-site concerns, quality review.

3.     Close-out, communications, and documentation.

·       Participate in the EOS meetings and various processes.

4.     Assist Business Development and Sales as Needed

·       Assist with measurements and site analysis for maintenance bids.

·       Contract Updates and Adjustments to existing maintenance bids.

Work hours:

Monday – Friday 7 AM to 4 PM – GT office and job sites

Occasional evening events, rare Saturday projects (possible a few per year)

Several industry and company retreats / events each year.

Requirements

Required: Thorough Understanding or LE sales and design/estimating

Preferred: Formal horticultural and/or design training.
