Phoenix Home Care is looking for a reliable and compassionate caregiver to support one client in New Bloomfield, MO. This role offers longer shifts and consistent care, allowing you to build trust while meeting the client’s daily and overnight needs.

Schedule

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Day shift: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Overnight shift: 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Overnight shifts are awake shifts

What You’ll Help With

• Meals, feeding assistance, and dishes
• Bathing and dressing
• Toileting support
• Walking and transfer assistance
• Light household chores
• Companionship and safety monitoring

Retention Bonus Available
We value commitment and reliability. Caregivers in this role are eligible for a retention bonus with completion of required work hours:

• $300 after 30 days
• $600 after 60 days
• $900 after 90 days

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Pass background check and drug test
