As a Physical Therapist with KeystoneCare, you will evaluate patients with a variety of conditions, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote functional improvement and mobility. You will collaborate closely with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License
• At least two years of experience in home health or outpatient therapy settings
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• Strong communication skills for effective interactions with patients and the healthcare team
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing patient needs
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or approved Medical or Religious exemption required
• Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or approved Medical or Religious exemption required

Experience

Physical Therapy: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

PA Physical Therapy License (Required)
