We are currently seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Stockton, California. This assignment offers competitive pay, consistent hours, and the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Assignment Details

Compensation

• $60–$68/hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care residents
• Accurately document treatments, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• SNF or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to start ASAP
