The Sanitation Associate is responsible for the maintenance of sanitary conditions throughout the facility. This position is fast paced and requires the associate to remain in a refrigerated environment for the entirety of the shift. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-11pm.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to
- Maintenance of sanitary conditions throughout the facility
- Follow instructions and complete required task in a timely manner
- Maintains consistent communication and fosters teamwork between all personnel
- Ability to accurately complete all required documentation
- Other duties as requested by the Fulfillment Supervisor or Plant Manager
Required Skills and Experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent communicative skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Passion for accuracy and legible handwriting
- Completely trustworthy and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Pass a post offer drug screen and background check
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience working in refrigerated environments
- High School diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
- Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
- Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Able to perform repetitive movements
- Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
