WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Pereview Software is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead client implementations and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding and configuration process. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clients are successfully onboarded onto the Pereview platform by owning client-facing meetings, leading configuration decisions, and applying deep real estate and financial expertise to guide best-practice solutions. 

As a Senior Consultant, you will take a leadership role across implementations: driving discovery, recommending configuration approaches, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring each client’s Pereview environment is thoughtfully designed to meet their investment management needs. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, mastering complex data and structures, and translating real-world investment workflows into a scalable software solution. 

We are looking for someone who brings strong commercial real estate knowledge, advanced Excel and data skills, and the confidence to lead client conversations and decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to collect and load operational and financial data into Pereview.   
  • Configure client Pereview sites for investment structures, dashboards, and formatted reports.    
  • Collaborate with internal team members on various configuration requirements.    
  • Utilize project management software to keep track of tasks and timelines.    
  • Investigate, modify, and prepare excel workbooks from simple to complex.    
  • Independently perform data validation, reconciliations and troubleshoot errors.    
  • Document configuration and customization choices with concise notes.    

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven, analytical, or client-facing implementation roles. 
  • Strong commercial real estate industry knowledge, including acquisitions, asset/fund management, investment structures, and underwriting concepts. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data reconciliation, and complex workbook analysis. 
  • Experience working with accounting or ERP/property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Timberline, SAP, PeopleSoft). 
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and investment reporting. 
  • Proven ability to lead client conversations, guide decision-making, and manage expectations. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal presence. 
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability for delivering high-quality outcomes.  

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Computer Science. 
  • Prior experience implementing real estate, accounting, or investment management software. 
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or acting as a functional lead on projects.
