As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in preserving the quality of our communities by ensuring that all maintenance duties are performed efficiently and effectively. Your focus will be on maintaining safety and satisfaction for our residents through prompt and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the apartment facilities to ensure high standards are met.
• Respond swiftly to resident maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Perform repairs related to plumbing, electrical systems, heating, and air conditioning.
• Assist in making ready apartments for new residents, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain the property grounds and surrounding areas, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Document maintenance activities and inventory of parts and supplies accurately.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.
