Job Description:

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for serving as the requirements owner for an AFS Task Order Management Portal that streamlines TO processing and enhances program management activities between AFS and our client. Your role will involve establishing role-based access and entity- and persona-based dashboards to accommodate unique viewing preferences and streamline actions to meet user needs. Additionally, you will oversee the development of core features such as Program Management and Performance Metrics, Program and Project Financials, Approval Workflows, and Document Repository. Your tasks will include requirements gathering and translation, vendor management and coordination, product roadmap management, user acceptance testing, configuration management, end user support and training, system documentation, stakeholder communication, change management, issue escalation and resolution, and performance monitoring. You will work directly with end users and stakeholders to collect and prioritize requirements, manage vendor relationships, develop and maintain product roadmaps, coordinate testing activities, oversee configuration settings, provide end user support and training, guide users through system updates, and monitor system performance metrics. Your ability to effectively communicate, prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolutions will be crucial in ensuring the success of the Task Order Management Portal.

Here's What You Need:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 years of project management experience in a federal contracting environment
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Requirements Gathering and Translation Vendor Management Experience
  • Product Roadmap Management User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • M365 App Deployment experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification
  • ICAgile or Scrum

Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret clearance required

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$126,300$243,100 USD
