About the Role:
The Director Client and Account Management is a strategic P&L position, with the primary goal of leading a team responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of accounts in mostly MSP/VMS and direct client settings.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Lead by example, build strong client relationships and be responsible for managing a healthy P&L
- Handle a team of Recruiters, Team Leads, Recruitment and Account Managers
- Formulate strategy on trying new creative ways to achieve team targets
- Maintain a healthy individual and team book of business and monitor the performance of each team member
- Coach & Mentor team members on how to engage with clients, get updates and heads up on job orders
- Review submissions for quality and rate/margin adherence.
- Maintain a healthy P&L by processing quality submittals and making placements
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client scorecards
- Keep track of internal scorecard and recruitment metrics for the recruitment team
- Travel to client sites and attend networking and industry.
- Be the overall point of escalation for all current clients and candidate issues
- Ensure team compliance as per client standards.
- Work with senior management in new initiatives, and programs to fuel growth
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education
- Technical and Professional sales, staffing, recruiting, or related experience in MSP/VMS space preferred
- Experience managing and leading a team of 100 Team members or more
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, organized, dedicated, focused, and driven individual
- Track record of hard work, sales success, and strong customer service experience
- Proven, strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven and enthusiastic while demonstrating a professional demeanor and possessing strong interpersonal skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, highly responsive and customer focused
- Adaptability to demanding business environment with changing business priorities and ability to perform outstanding work under compressed time pressures
