Rhino Pumps’ headquarters is located in the heart of Pleasant Grove, Utah. We are quickly expanding into surrounding regions. We are looking for another Sales Engineer to join our Boise, ID office. You might get TIRED. We are looking for A-Players. Rhino Pumps is focused on growth- both as an individual and as a Sales Engineer. If growing and building is exciting, this just might be the place for you. This is a sales job, so your success depends on your motivation and drive. This is an outside sales position and most of your job is meeting with customers.

Now, let's talk about what the job entails:
As a Sales Engineer at Rhino Pumps, duties will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the municipal and industrial industries.
- Building relationships with operators, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Conducting site visits and assessments to understand operations and needs.
- Designing and specifying solutions for municipal and industrial applications.
- Providing technical presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as engineering and production, to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Offering technical support and training to clients on pump operation and maintenance.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with clients to troubleshoot issues and optimize pump performance.
- Duties will involve a mix of office work, site visits, travel to companies, industry events, and trade shows.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. FIVE years of SALES EXPERIENCE is a PLUS.
2. You must have an ENGINEERING DEGREE. We understand that this is an industry that most individuals have to be trained on. No problem, we're happy to teach you about pumps.
3. Be an A-Player. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven by opportunity and thrives in a fast moving environment, where change and flexibility are required. You must be responsive to customers and be good at communication.

Let's be honest, we all work to pay the bills and afford our hobbies and toys. This job will pay according to your experience and sales. $140k+
