Senior Sales Executive - eFX / Cross-Border Payments

We are seeking high-performing, entrepreneurial Sales professionals ready to drive our strategic expansion and accelerate their careers within the Foreign Exchange (FX) and Cross-border Payments market.

As a Senior eFX / cross border payments Executive, you will be a pivotal contributor to Ebury's solid, strategic growth in Brazil. You won't just sell; you will shape our market presence by identifying and securing high-value business and partnerships with international companies operating in, or looking to enter, the Brazilian market.

What You Will Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)

  • Strategic Revenue Generation: Lead end-to-end market research and proactive sales campaigns focused on identifying and acquiring high-potential international corporate clients.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation, contract signing, and client onboarding.
  • Pipeline Development: Create, develop, and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through various channels (active prospecting, networking, and referrals).
  • High-Level Advisory: Act as a trusted financial advisor, providing exceptional consultative service and deeply understanding clients' FX and crossborder payment needs.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams, providing clear sales progress reports and actionable market insights.

Your Ideal Profile (Requirements)

  • Crossborder payments and FX knowledge - experience and know-how of the local to local and x-border payments market in Brazil is essential
  • Proven Experience of successful sales and/or relationship management experience within the Financial Services Sector. 
  • B2B Expertise: Strong track record in a B2B or client-facing environment, with a focus on complex consultative selling.
  • Communication: Fluency in English (mandatory, given the focus on international clients).
  • Mindset: A flexible, proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency, aligned with our dynamic and high-performance culture.
