POSITION SUMMARY
That Analytics function plays a critical role in informing our business & marketing priorities, driving data-backed experiments, delivering value across the consumer lifecycle, and measuring performance for future optimizations. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to establish end-to-end measurement & reporting, implement rigorous testing methodologies, and drive strategic analyses. To continue strengthening our data capabilities, we are hiring an Analytics Engineering Contractor who will focus on our Risk team. This is a 6-month contract role based in Bengaluru, India, with a preference for candidates who can be in the office at least 2 days a week. This internship will give you hands-on experience with modern analytics, the risk space, and business intelligence tools, while working closely with Finance, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Learn how we drive strategic analyses that identify key growth opportunities for EarnIn across Product and Marketing.
- Learn how to partner with the Product and Marketing teams to design and run experiments
- Potentially partner with the Machine Learning Engineering team to design and build models that can customize our LCM experience
- Monitor & proactively surface/troubleshoot any problems across the key business metrics & drive resolution of these issues
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Actively pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Familiarity with SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred).
- Understanding of basic data structures, algorithms, and relational databases.
- Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
