Patient Coordinator | Outpatient | Full-time | 808 B St Ste A, St Albans, WV 25177

Your Role:
You’ll serve as the friendly face and steady support that keeps the clinic running smoothly.
- Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming first impression
- Schedule appointments and help manage daily clinic flow
- Answer phones, respond to questions, and assist patients with next steps
- Support referrals, paperwork, and patient records with accuracy and care
- Work closely with therapists and teammates to deliver an excellent patient experience
- Help keep the front office clean, organized, and patient-ready
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in using office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
