Patient Coordinator | Outpatient | Full-time | 808 B St Ste A, St Albans, WV 25177

Your Role:

You’ll serve as the friendly face and steady support that keeps the clinic running smoothly.

  • Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming first impression
  • Schedule appointments and help manage daily clinic flow
  • Answer phones, respond to questions, and assist patients with next steps
  • Support referrals, paperwork, and patient records with accuracy and care
  • Work closely with therapists and teammates to deliver an excellent patient experience
  • Help keep the front office clean, organized, and patient-ready

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in using office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
