This position requires a deep understanding of both theological education and community engagement, as well as the ability to articulate and embody our Wesleyan values. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and cultivate new fields for ministry and education.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local churches, organizations, and community leaders.
• Design engaging outreach programs that attract diverse participants.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to create relevant academic offerings for new fields.
• Manage outreach initiatives and ensure alignment with seminary mission and goals.
• Monitor and evaluate outreach programs to determine effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Represent Wesley Biblical Seminary at community events and activities to promote our mission and programs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Theology, Education, or a related field is required; a doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in community engagement and outreach program development.
• Strong understanding of theological education and Wesleyan traditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and groups.
• Experience in project management and strategic planning.
• Commitment to the mission of Wesley Biblical Seminary and a passion for expanding its reach.
