We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about player safety and well-being in gaming. In this role, you will be critical in assessing player behaviors, implementing responsible gaming policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze player data to identify trends and potential issues related to responsible gaming.
- Develop, implement, and refine responsible gaming initiatives and educational materials.
- Engage with players to provide resources and support for responsible gaming practices.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure responsible gaming policies are effectively communicated and adhered to.
- Create and present reports on player behavior and the effectiveness of responsible gaming strategies.
- Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, legislation, and best practices in responsible gaming.
- Conduct training sessions for staff regarding responsible gaming awareness and policies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a related role within the iGaming industry.
- Fluent in Danish and proficient in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
- Knowledge and understanding of responsible gaming practices and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational abilities.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta.
