Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to enhance creative output.
  • Develop and execute innovative creative strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of visual identity elements, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative concepts are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
  • Manage scheduling and budgets for creative projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design practices to inform creative decisions.
  • Present creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders and leadership teams for approval and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns you have led.
  • Strong knowledge of design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant technology.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing creative talent.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and push boundaries in a fast-paced environment.
