Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization’s strategic marketing plan, focusing on pharmaceutical brands and HCP engagement.
- Lead the creation of HCP marketing materials, including clinical decks, detail aids, patient starter kits, MOA content, sales collateral, and digital assets.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign development across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure all materials comply with FDA, OPDP, and industry guidelines.
- Drive multichannel campaigns including digital, print, email, events, social media, and field sales tools.
- Lead market research efforts to evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Oversee agency relationships, creative development, and marketing operations to ensure high-quality and timely output.
- Manage brand budgets, forecasting, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Support product launches, disease awareness campaigns, and promotional initiatives across provider and patient audiences.
- Ensure cohesive brand messaging across internal and external communications.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Mentor and lead a team of marketing managers, coordinators, and cross-functional contributors.
