Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and stock levels.
- Manage receiving, inspection, documentation, routing, and quality checks of merchandise and finished goods.
- Identify and process damaged or defective inventory and resolve discrepancies or shrink issues.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory counts; report findings and recommendations.
- Address vendor compliance issues and coordinate with other teams on shipments, overstock, and aging inventory.
- Complete required reporting and documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Optimize warehouse layout and product slotting to improve efficiency and accessibility.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; manage performance, KPIs, coaching, and corrective actions when needed.
- Promote continuous improvement, support system or process upgrades, and identify root causes of operational issues.
- Understand customer expectations and work to minimize issues and improve overall efficiency.
