Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5pm
Job Summary:
· Promote outstanding Customer Service with a professional demeanor
· Greet customers at the dealership and handle in-bound service calls
· Assist customers with their service needs in a customer service and sales-focused atmosphere
· Forecast goals for the Parts Department
· Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the dealership
· Manage inventory levels
· Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
· Work closely with Service Manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
· Utilize software systems to manage customer database
· Strong experience with all different types of vehicles and mechanical aptitude
Qualifications:
· 2 years of relevant experience
· Must have valid Driver’s License
· Must Pass a Background Check and Drug Test
· Must have strong written and verbal communicate skills
· Strong desire to work independently and within a team setting
· Provide continuous effort to increase customer satisfaction, sales, drive company branding and improve overall business quality
· Ability to complete accurate documents and contracts
· Prioritize effectively to maximize production time
· Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
