We’re looking for someone to be the welcoming face of Beta — a Community & Visitor Experience Guide who brings curiosity, warmth, and deep knowledge of our mission to everyone who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome & Inspire: Greet visitors — from pilots and partners to students and families — and make their first moments at Beta feel personal, exciting, and authentic
- Lead Tours: Guide guests through our hangars, labs, and test areas, telling the story of our technology, our people, and the future we’re building together
- Be the Voice of Beta: Represent our culture and values with energy and clarity, translating technical innovation into stories that spark imagination and connection
- Support Our Team: Act as a concierge for employees — whether it’s helping a new hire find a great local coffee spot, coordinating an internal tour, or connecting someone with the right teammate for a tricky question
- Create Experiences: Partner with internal teams to organize visits, events, and special moments that strengthen our community and showcase what makes Beta special

- You’re confident explaining complex ideas in simple, inspiring ways
- You love Vermont — its people, its places, and the culture that makes it home
- You’re organized, proactive, and at ease balancing the details with the big picture
- You thrive in dynamic environments where no two days look the same
Bonus Points:
- Experience in hospitality, education, or technical storytelling
- Familiarity with Beta’s technology and electric aviation
- Strong local knowledge — from breweries to back roads

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role.
