Key Responsibilities
- Asset Management Analyst:
- Assist in the proactive monitoring and management of a portfolio of debt investments across various property types;
- Review and analyze business plans, leasing activity, and monthly property operating data;
- Analyze loan draws to ensure property business plans stay in line with budget and leasing parameters;
- Liaison with borrowers and leading members of the Asset Management Team and client to review business plan execution and ensure debt covenants are met;
- Generate reporting materials to monitor the performance of investments at the asset level and support portfolio management analytics;
- Examine and report on covenant monitoring;
- Perform credit analysis of potential sponsors/borrowers;
- Support loan closing and onboarding to Asset Management function; spearhead loan repayment process;
- Perform in-depth market research, comparable sale reviews, lease analyses and sponsor diligence;
- Support asset management through review of borrower quarterly reporting and loan covenant compliance;
- Collaborate to perform due diligence throughout the closing process; and
- Play a major role in the preparation of deal memoranda and participate in deal presentations to the client.
- Business Analyst:
- Translate business processes into structured technical requirements, with a focus on servicing, onboarding, and performance reporting;
- Collaborate with data engineering and Salesforce teams to align structured workflows with scalable data models;
- Map and validate data pipelines, ensuring integrity across systems that support both exploratory analysis and production reporting;
- Support Tableau reporting delivery, including recurring portfolio performance dashboards and PDF-based asset and financial reports; and
- Act as a connector between technical and business teams, ensuring logic, assumptions, and data flows are clearly communicated and documented.
Professional Experience
- 3+ years supporting cross-functional technology projects, using project management tools to drive alignment and deliver within a broader team context
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL or a similar query language
- 2+ year of experience in Salesforce system design and/or administration
- 3+ years in data modeling, business process mapping, and integration mapping
- 3+ years of relevant real estate finance experience
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field required.
Essential Skills & Competencies
- Job Knowledge & Technical Ability: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to build models. Property underwriting and advanced financial modeling and analytics. Ability to interpret and analyze loan documents, leases, and management agreements. A strong technical background and understanding in data analysis, data modeling, and systems analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, cloud-based platforms, and databases is required. Advanced skills in scripting and programming languages, as well as reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms). Familiarity with various data model types, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve errors efficiently, strong project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail are critical for success.

Travel Requirements
- Local and/or nationwide travel to assets and client sites required on an as-needed basis, approximately 1-3 times per quarter depending on deal list.
