Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing digital projects, preferably in the electric or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
