The Role

The Strategic Partnerships Manager plays a key role in driving Dealfront’s ecosystem-led growth by identifying, developing, and scaling high-value data, API, embedded, and technology partnerships. This position focuses on expanding Dealfront’s market reach, enhancing our AI-powered signal orchestration platform, and generating ecosystem revenue through mutually beneficial commercial models.

You will be the primary liaison between Dealfront and our most critical ecosystem partners—including technology integration partners, strategic resellers, data partners, and OEM partners—ensuring each collaboration creates measurable value through product synergy, co-selling motions, and market expansion.

Success in this role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and commercial acumen. An understanding of API partnership models, data delivery methods, and flexible commercial structures (such as revenue share, OEM licensing, or usage-based agreements) is highly beneficial. You will work closely with partners to build trust-based, long-term relationships that expand Dealfront’s ecosystem and unlock new customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Identification: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value strategic partners—including technology integration partners, strategic resellers, data partners, and OEM partners—based on their ability to deliver mutual product value, support ecosystem-led growth, and expand Dealfront’s market reach.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring a high level of engagement and shared success.
  • Negotiation & Structuring: Lead the negotiation, structuring, and finalization of complex partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure compliance and mutual benefit.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal) to ensure seamless integration, joint go-to-market execution, and successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop and implement partner onboarding, training, and communication strategies to enable partners to effectively represent and sell Dealfront's platform.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record (4+ years) in a Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Management role, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or MarTech/SalesTech environment.
  • SaaS/Tech Acumen: Strong commercial understanding of the SaaS and B2B go-to-market landscape, including experience with data providers, technology integrations, and channel programs.
  • Negotiation & Influence: Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and contract structuring skills with a history of closing mutually beneficial deals.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport and trust with executives and cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture," translate strategic goals into actionable partnership initiatives, and manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Benefits

  • The chance to work with a very knowledgeable, high-achieving and fun team.
  • An international, diverse, dynamic and committed work environment.
  • The opportunity to work remotely, with a flexible work schedule.
  • Mental Health support with Auntie.
