We are looking to hire 2 experienced roofing sales representatives to run pre-set and confirmed roofing appointments.

Roofing & Construction is a veteran-owned, family-operated roofing company proudly serving the Tampa Bay area. We specialize in high-quality roof replacements, repairs, and exterior upgrades—with a focus on exceptional service, integrity, and community trust.

We’re seeking motivated, outgoing Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a 1099 contractor position ideal for individuals with strong people skills, a drive for success, and a passion for helping homeowners protect their biggest investment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and present tailored solutions.
• Deliver professional consultations, estimates, and contracts with confidence and clarity.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Represent Reese Roofing & Construction with integrity, professionalism, and pride.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or home improvement industries a plus).
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be legally eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
