Description
- Handle on-site operations for pickup, return, and exception parcels at front warehouses.
- Coordinate return logistics capacity and arrange shipments back to the LADC (Local Area Distribution Center).
- Assist the supervisor with daily reports and issue tracking.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or above; associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics operations.
- Familiar with parcel handling, return processes, and exception management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious, with a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools preferred.
