Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Accurately classify content based on established policies and guidelines.
• Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to enhance moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve and refine moderation processes.
• Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new environment.
