What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate schedules and resources across research teams and partners.
- Apply project management tools to ensure quality and timely outcomes.
- Collaborate on RPPRs, study materials, and documentation.
- Design and review survey instruments and consent forms.
- Ensure compliance with IRB and data security standards.
- Lead baseline survey implementation for Ghanaian immigrants in the U.S.
- Train and supervise field teams; monitor performance and data quality.
- Resolve technical and procedural challenges in real time.
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Track expenditures and prepare financial reports.
- Coordinate with finance offices on contracts and invoicing.
- Maintain communication plans across institutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to summarize progress.
- Serve as liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain issue logs and change control processes.
- Prepare materials for publication and presentations.
- Contribute to policy briefs and outreach content.
- Establish workflows and communication standards.
- Lead debriefs and process improvement initiatives.
- Organize logistics for trainings and workshops.
- Manage participant engagement and communications.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Additional training in project management preferred.
- Experience: Minimum two years of progressive project management experience.

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Annual salary range: USD $61,698.00 to USD $100,480.00, based on experience and qualifications.
