Your mission:
An internship opportunity titled : Data & Project Support for Structural Repair Manual activities has just opened at Airbus Opérations SAS - Design Office, based in Toulouse, France.

You will join the department “Structural Repair Manual”

This internship of a 5 months’ duration will start in April 2026.

You will play a key role in supporting the deployment and success of our new Business Operations Management (= BOM) system and related projects. This role combines project management support, data analysis, and creative performance visualization.

Your contribution will include:

• BOM Implementation Support (AGILE Mode):

  • Actively support the project team in the deployment and adoption of the BOM system, working within an AGILE project methodology.

  • Assist in documentation, testing, and training activities related to the new system.

  • Contribute to sprint reviews, helping to track progress and identify roadblocks.

• Performance Dashboard Creation & Maintenance:

  • Design, develop, and maintain insightful performance dashboards to monitor the business processes.

  • Define relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Visualize complex data simply and effectively to aid decision-making.​​​

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis on project metrics, process efficiency, and system usage to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement. 

Your boarding pass: 

You are in your final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or Engineering.

You possess the following competences: 

Technical skills

• Knowledge of a data visualization tool (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) and/or database query language (e.g., SQL) is a strong plus.

Soft Skills

• Dataminded: A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in handling and interpreting large datasets.

• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box to design effective and user-friendly data visualizations.

• Autonomy: Proactive, self-starter attitude, capable of managing tasks independently and driving results.

Language skills

• Negotiation level of English
