Job Purpose

  • To source candidates through Linkedin, other recruitment portals and achieve position closure with specific timelines as per TAT.

 

Key Result Areas

  • Sourcing of candidates through Linkedin.
  • Position closure within TAT.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To understand the job requirements from hiring managers and source, screen candidates by providing detailed job description and role explanation.
  • Adopt creative recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source through Linkedin, other recruitment portals.
  • Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Generate need-based recruitment reports.
  • To ensure relevant recruitment process steps are completed within the turnaround time.

 

Education and Experience

  • Graduate with around 6 to 8 years of hands on experience in sourcing through Linkedin and other recruitment portals. MBA/Post graduation in HR is preferred.
  • Atleast 5 to 6 years experience of Linkedin sourcing is mandatory.
  • Atleast 5 to 6 years experience in managing engineering recruitments is mandatory.
  • Prior experience with recruitment consultancy firms and/or multinational companies.

 

Background, Skills, and Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Time-management skills and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
  • Perseverant, result-oriented and can work under pressure.
